By accessing or using LINQ (“the Service”), operated by Aurevo Group Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LINQ provides a professional networking platform for creative professionals, offering:
The company reserves modification, suspension, or discontinuation rights without advance notice.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain security, update details promptly, and accept responsibility for account activity. Unauthorized access requires immediate notification.
LINQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, engage in fraud or illegal activity, remain inactive long-term, or create multiple accounts improperly.
The service uses LinkedIn’s API. By connecting LinkedIn accounts, users authorize data access per the Privacy Policy and agree to LinkedIn’s terms. LinkedIn may change or terminate API access anytime. Users can revoke access through settings, though this may limit features.
Users must comply with laws and these terms, avoiding:
Professional, lawful content only. Prohibited materials include discriminatory language, explicit content, malware, intellectual property infringement, and others’ confidential information. LINQ enforces zero-tolerance policies.
LINQ may remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts without notice, reporting illegal activity to authorities. User reports receive 24-hour review.
Users report violations via in-app features or email at dev@linqcreators.com.
LINQ owns service content, features, and functionality, protected by international intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of posted content but grant LINQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it within the service and distribute to other users.
Provided suggestions become LINQ’s property for unrestricted use.
The Privacy Policy governs data practices. LINQ may use data for service improvement, AI model training, analytics generation, and experience personalisation.
Paid features require subscription agreement, accurate payment information, and automatic renewal authorisation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where legally required. Users may cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the billing period’s end.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. This includes no guarantees of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or information accuracy. LINQ does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation and does not endorse user-generated content or connections.
LINQ avoids liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including profit loss, data loss, injury, or property damage. Total liability caps at amounts paid within the past twelve months, if any.
Users indemnify LINQ and its representatives against claims arising from term violations, third-party rights violations, service misuse, or posted content.
LINQ provides links to uncontrolled third-party services. The company assumes no responsibility for external content, privacy policies, or practices. Third-party service use follows their respective terms.
Disputes proceed through binding arbitration. Users resolve disputes individually and waive class action participation.
LINQ modifies terms anytime, notifying users through page updates, date changes, and service or email notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and published notices form the complete agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining enforceability. Non-enforcement does not constitute rights waiver. Users cannot assign these terms without consent; LINQ may assign freely.
