Zero Tolerance Policy

LINQ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove such content and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

Introduction

LINQ defines Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to encompass child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, child trafficking, and related harmful conduct. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove such content and cooperate with law enforcement.

Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: 16 years old required to create accounts
  • Age verification: Implemented during registration
  • Prohibition: Users under 16 are strictly barred from the platform
  • Enforcement: Accounts belonging to underage users face immediate termination

Users may report suspected underage accounts through designated channels.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on LINQ:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Sexual content depicting minors under 18
  • Grooming behaviors targeting minors
  • Sextortion involving minors
  • Child trafficking content or activity
  • Sexualised comments about or directed at minors
  • Predatory behavior toward minors

Content Moderation

LINQ employs multiple protective mechanisms:

  • AI-powered automated detection systems
  • Human review by trained moderators
  • Industry-standard hash-matching for known CSAM
  • Regular proactive audits and monitoring
  • User reporting features

In-app: Use the “Report” feature on any profile or piece of content.

  • CSAM confirmations are reported to NCMEC CyberTipline
  • Prompt responses to valid law enforcement requests

Account Enforcement

Violations result in:

  • Immediate permanent account termination
  • Permanent platform ban
  • Reporting to relevant authorities
  • No appeal process for CSAE violations
  • Content removal and evidence preservation
